I sketched a bird with a pencil for day 3 of my learning drawing journey. I have always loved birds since I was a kid. To me, birds represent freedom and their ability to rise above earthly concerns. My goal was to draw every day when I could. On the days that I was able to do it, I would keep going to keep my momentum. However, I know that there would be days that I wouldn't be able to draw at all since I have a full-time job and a family to take care of, but I appreciate the time that I get to be in my own world and create art that I enjoy.
